If you are seeking a cleaning service, it is YOUR responsibility to perform a full background check and to make sure the company's insurance is current as well as any other required checks to ensure the cleaning company you are considering meets your standards. The Cleaning Service Registry will not be held liable for any actions, inactions, or otherwise by a cleaning service or by a person or company seeking a cleaning service. Use The Cleaning Service Registry only as a tool to help you gather the information needed to begin a full background check. The Cleaning Service Registry makes every effort to ensure the information we provide to you is accurate, but there is always a possibility that a cleaning service may have altered, forged, manipulated, or manufactured the required documentation needed for certification. Always do your own background checks!

If you own a cleaning service, it is YOUR responsibility to ensure that you have provided all documentation in a timely manner, any and all expiring documents are YOUR responsibility to update them by sending them to us by a minimum of 3 (three) weeks prior to the expiration date! Registering or becoming certified on The Cleaning Service Registry does not relieve you, or your cleaning company of ANY responsibilities to your customers or clients. If negative information is received from a credible source (ie: during a background check or from a court) your listing and certification on The Cleaning Service Registry may be removed without refund or a record of this may be publicly displayed. As a member of The Cleaning service Registry you agree to be bound by our terms and conditions and will cooperate and sign any new required contracts. Failure to do so will result in termination of your account, membership and certification.

The Cleaning Service Registry does not insure, bond, guarantee, warranty, back up, endorse, or take ANY responsibility for ANY cleaning service!

Cleaning services and clients ("customer"):

It is the responsibility of both the cleaning company and client or customer to maintain an effective relationship and understand that The Cleaning Service Registry is only a portal to make provided information easier and more organized for a cleaning service to provide this information to potential clients or customers. Any disputes that arise WILL be between the cleaning company and the customer or client ONLY.

If a dispute arises with The Cleaning Service Registry:

By using this site you personally agree to hold The Cleaning Service Registry and it's parent company (Modern Concepts) completely harmless. If a dispute arises, all parties agree that court proceedings will be held within the State of New Hampshire.
