How can I be sure the information provided about a

Does each cleaning service agree that they will provide

Yes! Each cleaning service listed on our site must sign
a contract stating they have provided accurate
information. This is kept on file and only available by
court order if requested.
What if I have a problem with a cleaning service I find

negative items?
The Cleaning Service Registry will make every effort to
clear up any negative items found with you directly. You
can work to resolve these items and it will be noted on
your public record as well as your efforts to resolve
them.
If I cancel the membership, can I continue to call my
company "Certified?"
No! At least not here at the Cleaning Service Registry.
Without your membership being active, we will be unable
to maintain your account.
What is your
refund policy?
Due to the nature of our services, no refunds are issued
for any reason.
